Terms

Terms for AI employee collaboration.

These public terms summarize the baseline rules for using YesON as a governed AI work platform.

Last updated: June 16, 2026

Use of the service

YesON provides an AI employee collaboration workspace for business tasks, memory, approvals, and deliverables. You are responsible for using the service lawfully, keeping account access secure, and reviewing AI outputs before relying on them for external, legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical decisions.

Customer content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to YesON. You grant YesON the rights needed to host, process, route, store, and display that content so the service can operate AI teams, memory, approvals, and audit trails.

AI output and review

AI output may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for a specific use case. YesON provides governance tools such as approval gates, memory receipts, and audit logs, but the customer remains responsible for final review and use of deliverables.

Plans, billing, and limits

Plans may include team limits, model controls, usage billing, or hard caps. The public pricing page is informational; the active order form, invoice, or in-product billing settings control the customer-specific commercial terms.

Enterprise terms

A signed enterprise agreement, order form, DPA, or security addendum may supersede this public page for an enterprise customer.
