Purpose
This DPA overview describes the baseline processing model for enterprise workspaces that use YesON to manage AI employees, memory, tasks, approvals, and audit trails.
Roles
For customer workspace content, the customer generally acts as the controller or business, and YesON acts as the processor or service provider. The exact role allocation may be defined in the signed customer agreement.
Processing activities
Processing may include hosting workspace content, routing tasks to AI employees, retrieving memory, generating artifacts, enforcing approval gates, logging audit evidence, and operating security, reliability, and billing systems.
Safeguards
YesON applies access controls, operational monitoring, and security practices appropriate for an AI collaboration workspace. Enterprise customers may request additional security documentation or contractual controls.
Subprocessors and model providers
YesON may use infrastructure providers, model providers, analytics, and billing vendors to operate the service. Enterprise agreements may include subprocessor notice, approval, or region requirements.
