Privacy

Privacy for governed AI work.

YesON is built around work memory, AI employees, approvals, and audit trails. This page explains the baseline data practices behind that product model.

What YesON processes

YesON processes account information, workspace content, chat messages, files you submit, memory records, task metadata, approval states, usage data, billing identifiers, and diagnostic logs needed to operate the AI employee workspace.

How the data is used

We use workspace data to route work to AI employees, retrieve relevant memory, generate deliverables, enforce approval rules, keep audit trails, secure the service, and measure reliability and usage. We do not sell workspace content.

User controls

Workspace owners can review memories, delete or archive records, export relevant data where supported, and configure approval boundaries for higher-risk actions. Enterprise workspaces may add retention, access, and audit requirements by agreement.

Security and vendors

YesON uses technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for an AI collaboration workspace. Some processing may rely on cloud infrastructure, model providers, analytics, or payment vendors that help operate the service.

Enterprise agreements

This public privacy page is a product-level overview. A signed enterprise agreement, DPA, or order form may define additional or different obligations for a customer workspace.
